Whoa WhiteMagic!!
This is great!! I'll test NOW! zahikel, you can't have a folder WITHOUT a music file specified. So you either specify a music or remove the: sound/ This post has been edited by erradicator on Aug 11 2004, 05:55 PM |

Aha! THANKS! This plugin works better than that other in_mp3 one! I don't even need to reduce sound hardware acceleration for this one!! GREAT!!!! I suggest everyone to use it! Oh, it also will ALWAYS play the music, while the previous one would eventualy miss it some times... This post has been edited by erradicator on Aug 14 2004, 10:14 PM |

Man; that irritated me in a really big way! I just have to say that the in_ape.dll plugin works the best for me (better than the mp3 plugins anyway) This post has been edited by permethium on Aug 26 2004, 01:04 AM |

I'm using in_bass.dll right now to play modules but it causes an error when trying to loop. Looptype 1 and 2 both have "unpleasant" (comp crash!) effects. Can anyone suggest an alternative?

Try it yourself. Every computer is a different world, and plugins that can work for me won't work for you.
There aren't "better" or "worse" plugins, they're just different. -------------------- |

Mid has good playback by default (unless you have a really bad sound card/motherboard...)
For a mp3 plugin, didn't you read what I posted?? This one really aces everything that I tested on my system: http://www.shinmugen.net/dev/index.php?act...e=post&id=23598 Try it! aokmaniac13, I canīt find this in_bass anywhere... Is it a Winamp plugin or what? |

cool, oh yeah when I switch to another window and then return to Win Mugen the mp3s stop playing.
I configured my win mugen to keep playing the mp3s even if the focus is missing -------------------- |

in_bass is not a standard winamp plugin, but i found it as part of a bundle in one of the plugins that are found on winamp's page.

I have a weird problem with the in_mp3PRO.dll plugin. It only plays mp3 correctly when there's other sound being played (like running or the sound of a special). Otherwise it will only play extremely scratchy sound. Did i do it correctly here ?
;List Winamp-compatible plugins here. ;Specify the filename of the plugin and the list of file types to ;use the plugin for. One plugin per line. ;Example: plugin = plugins/my_plugin.dll, mp3, mp2, mpg plugin = plugins/in_mp3PRO.dll, mp3, mp2, mpg ;If music is not looping with a particular plugin, you can try an ;optional first argument looptype=1 (seek to zero; may stutter) ;or looptype=2 (reload plugin; slow). ;Example: plugin = looptype=1, plugins/my_plugin.dll, mp3, mp2, mpg plugin = plugins/in_mp3PRO.dll, mp3, mp2, mpg Keep up the good work by the way, lotta fans out there want to use mugen but dont let it show. -------------------- AAAAOOOOOOWWWWWW!!!!!

I'm using the in_mp3PRO.dll, but sometimes my music gets stuck in the first couple seconds and keeps repeating, anyone else have this problem?
