I don't know if anyone else knows about this so I will just post it here. If you pause Kawaks you can input commands with along with the frame advance. What this means is 100% accurate command inputs, timing, cancelation, etc. One thing I want to mention is that you have to take into account the delay from the time you put them in on frame advance to the time it registers. I wish mugen had this feature as well for testing purposes.

That kind of "feature" works with practically all emulators sporting some sort of frame advance. I've been using it forever with MAME for instance and I have no doubt you can do it in Nebula as well.

I have noticed a lot of characters have made-up values for timings related to what frame advance can fix, so it is here for those that don't know about it.
